What is Reiki?
Reiki, pronounced "ray-key," is a form of energy healing that gently directs “universal life force” energy to a recipient’s personal energy field in order to replenish and balance.
Through stress reduction, deep relaxation, and a little something magical, Reiki aids the body's own natural healing processes on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. Many people report feeling very relaxed and more grounded after receiving Reiki, and some folks even report a reduction in pain sensations.

Elaine will focus on the front and back of your body and head during this session, as well as your hips, knees, and feet.

What to expect.
REIKI
A typical Reiki session involves laying fully clothed (shoes off) on a massage table while a practitioner gently lays hands on particular points along the body or hovers hands a few inches off the body in the aura.
Because every individual has their own unique energy blueprint and expression, Reiki works differently on each person and with each condition. However, oftentimes during a Reiki session, the recipient feels heat or tingling where the practitioner’s hands are placed. Sometimes, a client may feel nothing at all, but the Reiki energy is still being delivered and doing its thing!
FACE READING
During this quick session, Elaine will take a moment or two to observe which five facial features “jump out" at her, as those are the ones that typically have the most meaning for someone. She will then generate and print a small report that lists the features and their meanings for you to take home and refer to anytime. Elaine will also quickly go over the meanings with you for which questions are absolutely allowed and encouraged!
Although small in size, this report can reveal tremendous information about who you are and what makes you tick!
