What to expect during a treatment

 

A Cove team member will guide you to a private treatment room.

Once they have left the room, you will dress down to your comfort level. Be sure to expose the areas you want treated. You can wear underwear, a bathing suit, or shorts and a tank top, but covered areas will not receive the benefits.

Eye protection is provided and recommended if you have sensitivity to light. For optimal results, avoid heavy makeup, fragrances, oils, and lotions during treatment. 

Relax on the table and after a few minutes, the receptionist will turn on the Red light remotely. 

The lights will turn off automatically once your session has ended.

It is common to feel gentle warmth during and after your treatment.  Over time, with consistent treatments, you can expect to feel more muscle relaxation, reduced stiffness + inflammation, and pain relief. For optimal results, sessions are recommended 3X a week for 4 weeks, continuing with 1-2 sessions a week after the initial month.
